12/15/2009 First Aid & Bloodborne Pathogens This course offers instruction on First Aid Training including: emergency response; bleeding, shock, and soft tissue injuries; bone, joint, and muscle injuries; sudden illness; and heat and cold-related illness and injury.

This course provides an introduction to Bloodborne Pathogens and OPIM including: HBV, HCV and HIV; safety and prevention in the workplace including: hygiene, clean up and personal protective equipment; exposure incidents and follow-up.

12/18/2009 CPR Pro w/AED and Oxygen Admin Participants learn the skills necessary for the administration of CPR.  They learn to recognize a life threatening emergency, how to provide basic life support, and what to do in case of any airway obstruction or choking on adults, children and infants.  Also, provides training on administering emergency oxygen, rescue breathing and oxygen delivery devices. $15 Maryland Farms YMCA 12/16/2009
